Department of Business and Industry begins centralization of agencies at new Nevada State Business Center

The Department of Business and Industry is beginning the centralization of 10 state agencies into the new Nevada State Business Center, located at 3300 W. Sahara Avenue.  Agencies will be moved to the new building in phases taking place throughout the month of March. 

On March 15, 16 and 17, the Division of Insurance, Real Estate Division, Manufactured Housing Division and Employee Management Relations Board will move from the Bradley Building at 2501 E. Sahara Avenue to the Nevada State Business Center.

Walk-in services at these agencies will be unavailable during the scheduled move dates. During this time, the public is encouraged to contact the agencies offices in northern Nevada for urgent matters that require immediate assistance.  Email addresses and local telephone numbers will not change as a result of the move and will be fully functional by the end of day March 17, if not before.

Normal agency operations, including walk-in services, are scheduled to resume Monday, March 20 at the Nevada State Business Center, 3300 W. Sahara Avenue.   Exterior construction activity is ongoing in the main entryway. Public visitors to the new location are advised to access the parking garage and building by following the Wells Fargo ATM access signage.
